The first step in this process is the implementation of the Co-libry user tracking. Single user-behavior such as clicks, viewed images, viewed pages, contact form requests, and more are captured.

Based on this information, we built an intelligent personal user-profile. This profile takes into account what kind of actions a user undertook and will accordingly assign weights (which will differ from user to user) to their actions with a particular listing.

With this profile, our system knows precisely what type of listings the user is looking for and how likely they are to buy or rent.

If a new property matching the user profile is listed, these users get an instant email or push notification. Result? The visitor clicks on the listing and is back, browsing on the website of Hillewaere.
